Shipping and Returns

Shipping
Shipping is via UPS. Post Office addresses are not allowed.  The shipping company needs a valid phone number in case there is a delivery problem.  We need a valid email address in order to notify you when your purchase is shipped, or if there is a delay in shipping. Product normally ships within 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed.  Allow about 2 weeks for custom orders.  We only ship to the contiguous 48 States.

Damaged Shipment
If product is delivered in damaged condition, contact Inet Distributing Inc. CustomerService@InetDistributing.com  immediately by email for a return authorization number and return instructions.

You Just Didn't Like It
For returns which are not damaged, a 20% restocking charge will apply and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as the original outbound freight. Credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Any return shipping damages are the responsiability of the customer.  Contact Inet Distributing Inc. CustomerService@InetDistributing.com by email for a return authorization number and return instructions before returning a product for any reason.  Without a return authorization number there will be no way to credit your account.  Custom order doors can only be returned due to damage in shipment.
